My photo session with baby J, a newborn of 3 weeks, was precious and spontaneous. I have yet to get through the entire batch of photos, but we took pictures in four different rooms of the house, and they came out great from what I can tell!
Baby J really loved his swaddle - and hated laying on his belly! What a doll, though, when he was all cuddled up - he really took to my high pitched, simple and quiet talking, trying to figure me out!
Here are two from today... many more to come, and I will post them as they are completed!
What a cutie! Will post more tomorrow...
Until next time... Deb

Weather reports stink! I keep a careful watch on the weather for my outdoor on-location photography sessions, but I'm telling you, the weather people don't know what end is up! Last night, the weather report said bright and sunny... so I prepared for bright sunshine. This morning it was hazy and overcast (yay! great for photography!), and as I approached the beach for my photo session with two kids, a 6 yo and a 10 yo, the drizzle started.
Though you'd never know it from these photographs, it was on-and-off raining the entire time! So much for weather reports! Here are a few photos from today's session.

Adorable kids!

This little toddler named "A" is definately that, a princess! A diva! A darling little girl, ready to grow up and walk in mommy's shoes. The setting sky was a veritable lightbox! She was coy and playful and when she caught me with the lens, she did her best to ham it up!

...and she definately showed me who is boss!

Until next time... Deb

Hello everyone...
I figured it was about time that I start a blog! I will do my best to post at least 2x a week with discussions on photography, and posting a few of my adorable clients! :)
Here's one from this past week - a 14 mo little girl, very demure, simply adorable! She tasted sand, didn't like it very much at our on-locaiton session on the beach!

Until next time... Deb
